Here is an item that is one of my favorites to make for the holiday season. What a great gift to give to a party hostess when you arrive at their door! My version has a spiced tea mix and some muffins in it for them to enjoy as they unwind the next morning. I had made a bunch of these a couple of years past, and was reminded of how great they are on Lauren's blog. She has some really cute ideas over there, so make sure to check her out!
I used the Batty Boo stamp set from Stampin UP! - I seem to really like that one, and use it frequently! It lends itself perfectly to gift packaging. This one says "The ghostess with the mostess". It may find its way into being a hostess gift for any October workshops that are scheduled, so get on my calendar now! I will only have a few of these available Sat. but you can order them for the upcoming holidays, Halloween, Thanksgiving and Christmas. I'll have a sample of all three versions out to see.
On another note, I seem to have given in to the "crud" that I've been fighting for weeks now. I knew it would happen when I finished the concert, since I had been burning the candle on both ends! So, I had to go get some Rx help today to boost my immune system. Hopefully tomorrow I'll be much better - there's still so much to do before Saturdays Open House! I hope many of you will be there!
